How a day feels

Three moments. No pressure.

Morning Hope

Begin by naming what you hope for today.

A Moment to Reflect

Write when something is on your mind — and add a photo or drawing if the moment is worth keeping.

Evening Gratitude

Close the day by noticing what mattered, what held you, or what you want to carry forward.

See what reflection can feel like.

Entries can be written, spoken, drawn, or accompanied by a photograph. If you choose a reflection, Sol Lumen responds gently to the words you actually wrote.

Elena, 41Tuesday · 6:20 AM · Morning Hope

I woke before my alarm again — but this time it didn’t feel like dread, it felt like the day was waiting for me. I walked down to the water while the light was still pink and just stood there until my coffee went cold. Six months ago I couldn’t have imagined feeling this steady. My hope for today is to remember that this calm is something I built, one small morning at a time — not something that could vanish if I look at it too directly.

The whole family under one roof today — every chair at the table full, the kitchen loud in the best way. We told the old stories again and laughed until the candles burned low. Tonight I’m grateful for full chairs, second helpings, and the way the house keeps humming long after the goodbyes.

Private by default

Your journal is yours.

There is no public feed and nothing to perform. Your words, photographs, drawings, and reflections remain private unless you choose otherwise. Sharing — when available — will always be intentional and controlled by you.

Honest about what we are

Reflection can support you. It cannot replace professional care.

Sol Lumen Reflections is designed for reflection, self-understanding, and personal growth. It is not healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment. When something needs professional care, we respect that boundary.

Reflections FAQ

A few honest answers.

Is Sol Lumen Reflections therapy or a mental-health app?

No. Sol Lumen Reflections is a space for wellness reflection and personal growth — not healthcare, diagnosis, or treatment. It holds clear limits around anything that belongs with a real professional. See our Wellness Disclaimer.

Who can see what I write?

Only you, unless you choose otherwise. There’s no feed and no followers — your journal is private by default, shared by choice. We’re designing two separate invitations for people you pick: letting them read chosen entries, and letting them journal alongside you. Both are planned capabilities; nothing is shared today, and nothing will ever be shared without your say-so.

What makes the reflections different?

Sol Lumen reads your actual words and responds to them — never a generic template. You choose what you’d like back: mirrored, gently questioned, or simply witnessed.

Do I have to write every day?

Not at all. Come for a morning hope, an evening gratitude, or nothing for a week — it’s here when you are, with no streaks to protect and no guilt to carry.

What happens to my journal if I stop subscribing to Gold?

It stays yours. Every entry, photo, drawing, and reflection already in your journal remains there, in your own iCloud. Ending a subscription only turns off the Gold features going forward — it never takes back what you’ve already written or received.

Reflection can shape the day ahead.

Sol Lumen Lighten is being designed to help turn what matters into a lighter, more intentional day.
